Industrial Electrician providing maintenance in an automotive manufacturing facility. Prefer a self-starter who is hardworking, highly motivated and able to work under little supervision. An excellent communicator who is able to follow directions efficiently and provide feedback in a timely manner. Job Responsibilities include:

• Ability to repair and maintain electrical and mechanical equipment according to specifications and instructions as well as ability to read diagrams, sketches, advanced blueprints and operation manuals.
• Create and install electrical circuits for tools and plant equipment as well as test circuits in order to check for defects.
• Inspect and clean equipment and troubleshoot, repair and replace faulty equipment.
• Able to bend and run conduit (up to 4”).
• Run wiring and hook-up disconnects.
• Install, repair and/or replace switches, push buttons, circuits, panels, breakers, suppressors and transformers.

Requirements:

• Prefer a minimum of three years’ experience in an industrial setting
• Have knowledge of three-phase motors
• Familiarity with National Electrical Code
• Excellent mechanical skills required
• Ability to operate scissor lifts, fork trucks, boom lifts, lulls, and other industrial equipment safely
• Able to work at heights in a safety harness

• Available to work any shift, to include week-ends.
• Speak, read and write fluent English
• Have a verifiable stable work history
• Successfully complete Chemical screen and thorough background checks to include Criminal History and work history
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs
• Able to stand for long periods of time
• Hard working with the ability to stay focused and pay attention to detail
• Safety conscious and able to work well with others
